Comments: C restaurant boasts probably one of the greatest views any establishment has in Perth, with it being located on the 33rd floor and able to rotate 360 degrees. My girlfriend and I came for lunch using a Groupon deal ($49 for 2 courses; chicken breast or gnocchi and two glasses of wine). When we arrived, we were seated  by the window and handed our menus. The option to add entrees and desserts as well as change mains were available for an additional cost. In the end, both of us changed our mains and we got two entrees and one dessert to share. I really enjoyed the potato gnocchi and the chocolate mousse but found the other dishes to be fairly average. The service was also pretty average. I have been to C restaurants several times and each experience has been underwhelming.

C's famous home-made potato gnocchi, Napolitana sauce, spinach and gorgonzola cream, semi dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese - $14

Classic raw Pitch Black Angus beef tartare, capers, gherkins, raw mushrooms, herb oil, porcini and cocoa dust - $14

Char-grilled Pitch Black Angus beef tenderloin with wild forest mushrooms, saffron pickling onion, braised beef brisket, potato croquette, beef au jus - supplement $10

Wild caught Barramundi, parsnip puree, compressed Granny smith apples, leek ash, soy and yuzu sauce - supplement $10 

67% chocolate mousse, Kalamansi pate de fruit, yuzu & strawberry macaron, yoghurt sorbet - $14
