Comments: After our disappointing experience with Shanghai Street Dumpling (do avoid if you can) we decided to give this restaurant a shot as I really wanted some decent xiao long baos before I headed back to Perth. I am really glad we did because the food here was delicious! The wait staff however were a bit unaccommodating (language barrier perhaps). I really enjoyed the xiao long bao and the salted egg yolk tofu
Rating: 75% - would recommend.

Deep fried tofu coated with salted egg yolk - $16.80

New shanghai xiao long bao - $7.80

Steamed pork belly bun - $6

Pork and chive dumpling - $9.80

  1. I had a great time at Shanghai street and same as this place too. I wonder what went wrong at Shanghai street?

    1. I just found the quality of food at Shanghai Street to be below average, unless my expectations were too high (probably had Din Tai Fung too many times haha). The beef noodles I had were also lacking in flavour. Which did you like more? ps sorry for the delayed response!
