Restaurant: Tart Cafe
Comments: Usually I get some pho or broken rice from Tra Vinh when I'm grocery shopping with my mum but today I felt like something different! There is plenty of street parking which is awesome. The decor is funky with heaps of different seating areas. The cakes looked delicious but I was too full from the grande. The iced chocolate was so good! The service is always friendly and food came out pretty fast considering it was almost full.
Rating: 75% - would recommend!
